Dropshipping is a retail method where you list products (in this case, from NIHAOJEWELRY DROPSHIPPING) for sale in your own store. When a customer places an order, the order details are automatically synced to the supplier's system (here, www.nihaojewelry.com/dropshipping). You then pay the supplier for the order. NIHAOJEWELRY DROPSHIPPING directly ships the product to your customer. This process allows you, the seller, to operate without holding any physical inventory, thus eliminating the pressure and costs associated with inventory management. Please note: The goods will be shipped directly from the NH warehouse to the customer, but the package will not contain any NIHAOJEWELRY DROPSHIPPING branding information. This means the customer will not be able to identify the original seller, i.e., NIHAOJEWELRY DROPSHIPPING, and therefore will not be able to purchase directly from NIHAOJEWELRY DROPSHIPPING in the future.
a. Set up the shipping fees in the "Shipping & Delivery" section of your Shopify store backend. For specific settings, please refer to the process outlined in Question b. Go to the settings section to adjust your products language, categories match, shipping, etc. c. In "Find Products", select the products you want to sell, add them to the "Import List", and then push them to your store from the "Import List". Additonally, we also support you sync products to your store directly. d. When your customers place an order, it will be automatically synced to the plugin. You just need to go to the "Orders" section of the plugin and pay for the awaiting to pay orders.
Taking Shopify stores as an example: a. Go to "Shipping and Delivery" in the store backend, click on the "General" line under "General Shipping Rates" to access the settings. b. Choose "NIHAOJEWELRY Dropshipping" in "Shipping Origins", then click "Add Rates". c. Select the countries you want to sell to and click "Add Rate". Please note that if you are selling to multiple countries, you need to set shipping fees for each country. d. Set shipping fees according to weight or price. You can refer to the shipping charges at this link: /shipping. For example, if you are selling to the United States, you can divide the weight into 0.5kg segments. Our link shows that the shipping fee for 0.5kg is $15.32, so you can set the shipping fee for 0-0.5kg to be $15.32. If the shipping fee for 1kg is $19.41, you can set the shipping fee for 0.51-1kg to be $19.41, and so on.
a. We support international small packages such as YunExpress, Economy shipping, etc., which usually take 12-16 business days to reach North America and Europe. b. We also support express delivery services like UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc., which typically take 5-12 business days to reach North America and Europe. The supported logistics vary by country/region. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, you will have to request it in the dispute or from your personal advisor. 3. Return Plicy:To return items or package, you have 7 days to decide if they are necessary. If you want to return, please open the dispute and request it in the message.Return conditions: ● The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimsuits, underwear. ● Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. ● Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned. ● We do not accept returned items that have been returned without proper return requests. ● We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the customer. Verify your return packages before shipping, we are not responsible for any loss of return merchandise. Once we have received your returned package, we will begin to process the refund to your NIHAO account. If you need to refund in your original payment, please specify in the dispute message.
